The location proved very convenient, especially for accessing shopping options. Plenty parking spaces exists. I found the hot water in the shower to be lovely.
I found the car park difficult to find initially.

The hotel is super close to the train station and has pubs and restaurants nearby!!! The town center is just a quick 5-minute walk away, so convenient. My room was quiet, and I could turn off the air con and open the window. Fresh air is a MUST. I love that security latch on the window!
The TV wasn't working, so I missed my morning news.

the location worked well for getting to the station and exploring nearby restaurants.
the member of staff at check in wasn't very cute, and i seemed like i had to prompt all the interactions. my room seemed tired and depressing with a strange smell that i couldn't quite identify, even after opening the window. the bathroom seemed like a portacabin and, while clean, it was a bit odd.

The location is central and convenient for accessing the city center.
The room was not properly serviced as tea, coffee, and sugar were not replenished. The lift was out of service and I had to carry my luggage to the third floor without any assistance. This was unacceptable.

The hotel provides parking at the rear it felt safe. Staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room included toiletries such as shampoo conditioner and body wash. I was able to store my luggage after checkout.
