Central Location is Key
convenient location parking spaces hot water
The location proved very convenient, especially for accessing shopping options. Plenty parking spaces exists. I found the hot water in the shower to be lovely.
I found the car park difficult to find initially.

Excellent Location and Quiet Rooms!
quiet rooms central location security latch
The hotel is super close to the train station and has pubs and restaurants nearby!!! The town center is just a quick 5-minute walk away, so convenient. My room was quiet, and I could turn off the air con and open the window. Fresh air is a MUST. I love that security latch on the window!
The TV wasn't working, so I missed my morning news.

The hotel benefits from its central position and is only a short walk from the railway station. Many restaurants and pubs are very close. It is nice to have options. The town center is easily accessible within five minutes on foot.

I found a Wetherspoon pub just opposite the hotel. It was super handy for meals and drinks. This close proximity made dining out very convenient. I appreciated the variety of options available nearby!!!

adequate but underwhelming stay
unwelcoming staff strange smell
the location worked well for getting to the station and exploring nearby restaurants.
the member of staff at check in wasn't very cute, and i seemed like i had to prompt all the interactions. my room seemed tired and depressing with a strange smell that i couldn't quite identify, even after opening the window. the bathroom seemed like a portacabin and, while clean, it was a bit odd.

Acceptable but Flawed Stay
lack of service faulty lift
The location is central and convenient for accessing the city center.
The room was not properly serviced as tea, coffee, and sugar were not replenished. The lift was out of service and I had to carry my luggage to the third floor without any assistance. This was unacceptable.

friendly reception ideal location great buffet
friendly reception was present when i arrived. the hotel has an ideal location because the train station and town center are nearby. i enjoyed the great buffet breakfast and its many options for various tastes.
the bedroom looked a bit old. the hallways looked not so new.

rear parking helpful staff included toiletries luggage storage
The hotel provides parking at the rear it felt safe. Staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room included toiletries such as shampoo conditioner and body wash. I was able to store my luggage after checkout.
The breakfast could use some improvements with better options.
